Finance/ Accounts, Financial Analysis, Financial Report Writing, Income Tax and VAT
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Freight forwarding, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining transactions through excel as well as SAGE (an accounting software).
∎ To Prepare, update & reconcile receivable statement for Foreign Agents and to pursue collection of receivable based on Global settlement procedure
∎ Ensuring smooth functioning of payment to airlines, vendors, and in-house Payment in a timely manner after giving necessary entry through SAGE.
∎ To Assist Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Financial Statements that comprise Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Comprehensive Income, and Statement of Changes in Equity and Statement of Cash flow.
∎ Ensuring monthly Encashment Documents to airlines in a timely manner.
∎ Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements & Inter-Company Reconciliation.
∎ Monitoring and controlling Advance, Receivables, and Payable related activities efficiently & effectively.
∎ Preparing the Fortnightly Receivable Report.
∎ Prepare Statement of Accounts for all customers
∎ Assist with VAT and Tax related issues.
∎ Preparing Tax and VAT challan and deposit the same to government treasury on time.
∎ Input aging receivable into "Credit Approval Process
∎ Perform any other jobs to be instructed /advised by the management in a timely manner
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working Experience in Freight Forwarding is an added Advantage, Quick Learners, Leadership Quality, Work under Pressure, Take challenges.
