Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA major in Accounting/ Finance from reputed university.
∎ CA CC or CA Partly Qualified is preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements complying with relevant accounting and other country laws;
∎ Monitoring financial performance, variations, and trends to offer senior management advice and insights for informed decision making;
∎ Oversee the whole accounting process, including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting;
∎ To ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance, develop and implement financial plans;
∎ Drive process improvements in financial operations, enhancing efficiency and accuracy;
∎ Raw material, packing material and finished good valuation along with purchase and stock reconciliation.
∎ Preparing product costing and regular communication with factory;
∎ Performing reconciliation of bank accounts, stock, debtors, sales, advances and creditors at the end of each month;
∎ Reviewing provision requirement and charging provision thereon regularly;
∎ Recording of inter-company transactions and reconciling accordingly at the end of each month;
∎ Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
∎ Performing any other jobs assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge in- IAS, IFRS, Tax & VAT
∎ Financial reporting
∎ Finance & Accounting and product costing.
∎ Good communication & interpersonal skill
