∎ Masters in Business Studies / MBA with CA (CC)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA(CC)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for preparation of financial statements of as per IAS & IFRS.
∎ Dealing with External Auditors for "Annual Financial Audit" and "Group Audit".
∎ Annual corporate Tax Return filling, Quarterly withholding and Monthly VAT Return and Individual (Resident and Foreign staff) Tax Return Submission.
∎ Preparation and submission of FDI Report as per Bangladesh Bank requirement.
∎ To co-ordinate and financing for salary purpose around 37,000 plus Worker & Staffs under BEPZA Policy.
∎ Prepare Bank & supplier's payments reconciliation statement.
∎ Analysis of A/C Payable & Receivable with aging.
∎ Calculation of Foreign Exchange Gain / Loss.
∎ Receipts & Payments Status (Weekly / Daily), Payment decision as per funding and policy.
∎ Preparation of monthly budget and monitoring sales, collection, bank financing.
∎ Bank reconciliation (for all Bank A/C and Loan A/C) Offshore & Onshore Banking.
∎ Periodical accounting & adjusting entries for preparation of Financial Statements.
∎ Prepare monthly Expense report for Head Office in Hong Kong.
∎ Other ad-hoc responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 4-10 Years experience on Financial Reporting and able to work independently
∎

Salary: Tk. 45000 - 50000 (Monthly)
