Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dyeing batch, Knit garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Batch creation target with quality and RFT as per plan.
∎ Ensure dyeing machine feeding with capacity proper utilization.
∎ Review process findings and take corrective actions to eliminate re-occurrence.
∎ Ensure on time order closing according to plan.
∎ Ensure 5s in production floor to improve floor work environment.
∎ Check and verify greige fabric inventory.
∎ Maintain budgeted manpower to optimize the usage of human resources.
∎ Ensure floor housekeeping, PPE and other compliance issues.
∎ Ensure all batching related documents.
∎ Make a succession plan and pick up right/potential subordinate to transpose the experience/education for future leader.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
