Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement POSM for merchant outlets to enhance brand visibility in line with brand guidelines

  • Conceptualize, plan, and roll out Trade Engagement Events and regional activations to drive sales

  • Support corporate and government sales through POSM, giveaways, stakeholder collaboration, and merchant store promotional events

  • Prepare, monitor, and optimize annual trade marketing budgets

  • Execute merchandising strategies across multiple channels aligned with overall Trade Marketing and Communication strategy, ensuring benchmark Share of Voice

  • Lead, manage, and supervise the merchandising team and Field Force (FF) with decision-making authority (Merchant part)

  • Collaborate with Merchant, Marketing, supervisors, and cross-functional teams for merchandising strategy, campaign planning, and execution of POSM communication

  • Plan, budget, produce, and implement all in-store activities, including POSM and promotional campaigns

  • Coordinate with automation partners for Merchant TMR App alignment, system support, and issue debugging

  • Communicate merchandising briefs and coordinate with external agencies and production vendors to ensure timely POSM delivery

  • Participate in meetings, discussions, brainstorming sessions, take meeting minutes when required, and gather inputs from reporting managers and stakeholders

  • Prepare merchandising and competitor activity reports; collect weekly team reports; manage POSM stock; and handle vendor management

  • Prepare and maintain NFAs, expense claims, approved documents, and records as per requirements
