B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Science (Applied Physics, Chemistry, Biomedical, Electrical, or Health Technology) from a recognized public or private university.

Senior-level position for managing nationwide service operations.
Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Medical & Industrial Equipment including STP, ETP, WTP, and Generators.
Responsible for service planning, coordination, and technical supervision.
Lead a team of engineers and technicians to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
Strong experience required in both medical and industrial equipment installation and service.
Excellent opportunity for professionals with a Science or Engineering background and 10–15 years of experience.
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor service schedules and communicate effectively with clients and technical teams.
Coordinate and supervise all service-related activities for medical and industrial equipment.
Ensure timely installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical equipment, STP, ETP, WTP, and Generators.
Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Provide technical guidance and ensure service quality standards are consistently maintained.
Handle service tender-related activities to achieve the yearly operational target.
Source local spare parts and accessories to minimize service costs.
Support the sales team with technical inputs, documentation, and coordination.
Communicate with foreign principals regarding technical and service-related matters.
Establish and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Conduct project site visits and ensure effective coordination with all stakeholders.
Set up plans and oversee the design, installation, operation, and performance of various types of biomedical and Industrial equipment.
Conduct calibration, commissioning, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and compliance.
Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control processes aligned with international standards.
Prepare technical specifications, evaluate comparative statements, and support procurement decisions for biomedical equipment.
Develop and maintain standard procedures, testing guidelines, and documentation practices.
Provide comprehensive training on biomedical equipment for engineers, technicians, medical technologists, nurses, doctors, and other professionals.
