Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Develop and implement strategic marketing & sales plans and forecasts to achieve the targeted sales volume.
∎ Should have strong leadership capability and team building efficiency.
∎ Collect regular marketing data with an objective to remain updated about the industry and provide strategic guidelines to upgrade the market.
∎ Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve set targets.
∎ Should have the potentiality to develop new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization.
∎ To deal with clients and provide them project information over email/telephone.
∎ Responsible for regular following-up clients and maintain their records in the computer.
∎ Responsible for direct prospect visit out of the office.
∎ To visit project with client for their satisfaction and quires.
∎ Responsible for attending Site office duty and search outdoor prospect.
∎ Responsible for maintaining after sales official formalities i.e. to check application form to prepare payment schedule, to prepare deed of agreement and signing to the client.
∎ To share ideas how to improve sales with Team Leader and other colleagues.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Team Leader/Head of Sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skill in English both written and spoken form.
∎ Good leadership quality with market knowledge.
∎ Positive attitude towards team members.
∎ Ability to demonstrate a systematic and common sense approach to the role.
