Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
∎ Identify target markets and determine optimal outreach methods.
∎ Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
∎ Plan and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns across various media (digital, print, TV, etc.).
∎ Coordinate with creative and digital teams to deliver high-quality marketing materials.
∎ Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data analytics to optimize future campaigns.
∎ Collaborate with the Brand Development team to maintain and enhance brand identity and positioning.
∎ Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, setting performance goals and providing regular feedback and coaching.
∎ Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective activities and positive ROI.
∎ Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and outcomes for senior management.
∎ The Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s products and services. This role includes overseeing market research, product development, and communications to boost brand visibility and market share.
