To plan and deploy nursing staff for optimum utilization.
To ensure implementation of policies, rules & regulations of the Institution.
To disseminate evidence based practices & current trends & focuses on quality improvement measures.
To determines KRAs and Performance Plan of the Nursing department.
To ensure effective Performance management System in place.
To identify training needs, design programs and ensure compliance.
To ensure career planning, retention and motivation of nursing staff.
To plan, provision and utilize nursing manpower & material requirements.
To be well groomed, punctual and adhere to company policies and practices.
To have complete orientation of iHIS, ERP, QMS and OSL system of Hospital
To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.
To Comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area
To Comply with patient safety policy
To ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal system.
