Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Effectively interface with patients/ attendants/ physicians/ other service users and deliverQuality nursing care with compassion and high level of responsiveness.
∎ Demonstrate skill in patient assessment, rounds, capturing and carrying out doctors’ orders, Documentation, equipment handling & IT trained.
∎ Follow admission procedure, charting and reporting, record management and discharge formalities on time with accuracy.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely medication administration.
∎ Actively participate in programs for quality improvement in nursing practices.
∎ Follow infection control policies and biomedical waste management guidelines of the hospital.Ensure proper coordination with other disciplines in case of admission, discharge, transfer, shifting to OT/ Critical Care Area/ Wards.
∎ Ensure timely indenting and proper stock management.
∎ Orient and train nursing staff.
∎ Ensure timely indenting and proper stock management.
∎ Well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
∎ Complete orientation of QMS, ERP, OSL & iHIS system of Hospital.
∎ Complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.
∎ Comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area.
∎ Comply with patient safety policyEnsure safe utilization of equipments and proper waste disposal system.
