∎ HR Compliance Incumbent must be highly energetic, enthusiastic, hardworking, dedicated and able to perform independently and willing to work in a team environment.
∎ The aspirant must possess effective communication & motivational skills, be a hand-on decision maker with a dynamic approach.
∎ Good analytical and prompt decision making capability, Report writing skills.
∎ Candidate Should have good negotiable skill, honesty, punctual, hardworking, proactive and self-driven.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure smooth operations of all factory administrative functions, including utilities, maintenance, and housekeeping.
∎ Foster a positive and disciplined work environment on the factory floor.
∎ Address and mitigate worker unrest or dispute risks in collaboration with HR and legal teams.
∎ Monitor and control factory-related administrative budgets and expenses.
∎ Work closely with factory management to align HR, admin, and compliance functions with production goals.
∎ Use factory performance data to make informed decisions regarding resource allocation and workforce planning.
∎ Act as a bridge between senior management and the factory-level workforce to maintain open communication
∎ Prepare Manpower budgeting, planning and take approval of management. Also ensure the staffing stick with approved budget.
∎ Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing and hiring.
∎ Conducting KPI based performance evaluation and appraisal process.
∎ Implementing policies and ensuring policy awareness.
∎ Maintain and update employee's personal files, keeping records of employee benefits employment status, performance reviews, disciplinary actions and similar records.
∎ Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale.
∎ Handling grievance, employee relation & disciplinary issues as per company policy and standard.
∎ Follow up & improve entire safety & security of the factory premise and respond to all emergencies promptly.
∎ Liaison and coordination with Govt. & non-Govt. Organization, Local Administration (DC, SP, UNO, OC, Union Pori shod Chairman), Law enforcing & other agencies (Police, RAB, BGB, Gas Office, REB, Fire Service etc.) and local influential people.
∎ Liaison and coordination with agencies like Department of Environment. Fire Service, Department of Inspection for Industries and Establishments, Labor Office and others to obtain license/certificate issue/renewal.
∎ Handle compliance issues as per local law & buyer's COC and meet up the requirements of buyers & auditors.
∎ To prepare factory for facing different audit such as social / ethical / environmental / technical / Supply Chain Security (SCS) / QMS audit.
∎ Monitor compliance certifications like BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP,ICS,WCA, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, OEKOTEX, ACCORD/RSC etc. and able to face their different audits with requirements.
∎ To follow up & to ensure timely implementation of all CAP given by buyer/external parties.
∎ Communicate with buyer regarding any requirements & update of compliance rules & regulation along with factory status and overlook all kinds of third-party certificate, factory license & CAP documentation update regarding factory compliance.
