∎ M.Com/ MBA in Finance/ Accounting from any reputed university.
∎ ACCA Certification is required.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization.
∎ Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.
∎ Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecasts.
∎ Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
∎ Achieve a proper mix of equity and debt to minimize cost and maximize operational profit.
∎ Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
∎ Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
∎ Better understanding and expertise in the Bank Reconciliation process.
∎ Plan and schedule audit program
∎ Ensure completion of audits on time
∎ Review and assess the completion of audits
∎ Ensure tax and Vat related tasks
∎ Analyze financial data, records, reports and statements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ 5-6 years of work experience in Finance and Audit in the manufacturing industry.
∎ Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
∎ Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, and other financial planning software.
