Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
To work on Company Formation, Share Transfer, Share Allotment
To guide on Capital increase, Annual Return filling & RJSC related work.
To Oversee tax activities other than Garments Division of the Group.
To implement tax law to all level of company activities.
To prepare Tax documents for audit purpose.
To liaison with tax consultant, auditors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
To develop and implement strategic TAX & VAT planning for all necessary field & implement opportunities for process improvement in company TAX & VAT procedures.
To supervise team in preparation of the company`s income tax return and other TAX department.
