Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/MBS in Accounting/Finance With CA- Certificate Level Complete/ CA-CC (Higher Experience).
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Minimum Certificate Level Completed,CACC
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electric Wire/Cable, Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up Inventory management procedure & prepare inventory control report.
∎ Develop a proper internal control system for inventory management.
∎ To conduct audits of our depots & showrooms using a detailed audit program template, assessing and reviewing internal controls surrounding the operation, security and safety.
∎ Checking of books of records such as cashbook, Party/ subsidiary ledgers, store register etc.
∎ Provide clear summary reports of audit findings and recommendations to the Management.
∎ Purchase bill checking & purchase verification.
∎ Develop a proper control system for purchase procedures.
∎ Frequent visits to our Dealer Points & Market for sales process development.
∎ Affiliation with accounting software like SAP, ERP & Tally ERP- 9.
∎ Implement best practices and procedures in all audit systems and accounting functions.
∎ Have the capacity to conduct a risk-based audit as per the internal Audit plan.
∎ Ability to manage a sub-team of the audit department.
∎ Inform Process development issues & other findings to the Head of Department from time to time.
∎ Any other tasks as may be assigned by the company management from time to time for the sake of the company or the group as a whole.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 4 to 6 Years after CA Course.
∎ Willing to Travel anywhere in Bangladesh for work purposes.
∎ Strong Analytical ability.
∎ Capable to work under pressure.
