∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directly work with Top Management for Accounts & finance related issues.
∎ Prepare payment schedule on priority basis as per payment budget.
∎ Periodic payment follow up.
∎ Ensure the payment to different stakeholders.
∎ Ensure journal voucher posting in ERM software for different cost with proper Calculation and cancelled and refund files.
∎ Deposit money in Cash / Cheque to bank.
∎ Prepare approval note / Cheque for payment.
∎ Update and follow up receipt and payment activities.
∎ Monitor journal voucher posting in ERM software.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly receipt payment and other financial statement.
∎ Maintain strong internal controls for cash collections and payments.
∎ Prepare financial report for Management on Zakat fund, Poor fund, Cash fund, Bank fund etc.
∎ Ensure Fund transfer process.
∎ Any other task given by the Supervisor and Top Management.

∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Self Motivated, Energetic & Hard-worker.
∎ Self-driven & willingness to work under pressure.
∎ Positive work attitude, sincerity and honesty.
∎ Confident and proactive.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and team work
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
