Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to achieve business targets.
∎ Identify and acquire new corporate clients for property and service sales.
∎ Promote the company’s portfolio of services to potential and existing clients.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
∎ Handle client queries, concerns, and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to design effective promotional campaigns.
∎ Participate in networking events, seminars, and corporate meetings to expand the company’s client base.
∎ Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
∎ Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and updates for senior management.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance.
