∎ MBA or Masters in any discipline (Marketing will be preferred) from well reputed University
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies
∎ To collect customer feedback & provide that to the company
∎ Continuously work on developing new channel and increasing channel penetration
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities
∎ Regular follow-up with Existing/Potential Customers
∎ Market visit, Client hunt, Creating market opportunity
∎ Make presentation to the potential customers
∎ Prepare report as required by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
∎ Having excellent negotiation skills
∎ Strong communication and team management skills
∎ Must be a team player with good presentation skills
∎ Should have positive attitude to take challenge and meet deadlines
∎ Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
∎ Thinking out of the box
∎ More than 06 years of work experience in the field of Corporate sales
∎ Working experience in Cement/Steel sector will be preferred
