Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationship with Corporate Offices & Institutions and sale deposit/ liability Products through managing a sales force in a region.
∎ Achieve monthly/ yearly sales target of deposits/ liability of assigned region.
∎ Supervise, monitor and effectively manage sales force of a region and measure their productivity and performance.
∎ Ensure team building, team development, and motivation and performance management of assigned team members.
∎ Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed.
∎ Maintain close liaison and coordination with internal stakeholders.
∎ Ensure extraordinary customer experiences for both existing and potential customers.

∎ Good communication skills both oral and written in English and Bangla
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office.

Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
