Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain PR with Government, Semi-Government, LEA (Law Enforcement Agencies), other authorities to ensure necessary approval or licenses to operate respective business as per guideline of the Government
∎ Legal support, advise and guidance to the management to ensure compliance practice of operation
∎ Land related legal support including land owner negotiation, land legal documents checking, registration, deed vetting, on time payment of related taxes and other as per Government law
∎ Record keeping and maintain on time re-newel of licenses, approval and fees are paid on time as per law
∎ Act as a single point of contact to ensure all related legal issues are resolved in time
∎ Maintain strong PR with local Government Authority like DC Office, AC Land, Commissioner office, Environment office, BSCIC, BGMEA and so on
∎ Closely work with the interested parties including Engineering, Compliance department, Commercial and Project related issues in line to legal approval, notification, update and on time submission
∎ BIDA correspondence as and when required
∎ Local police station correspondence to ensure smooth and secured operation
∎ Mobile network service in line with service provider for the entire Group
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management
