Educational Requirements:
∎ Preferred master's in business managements or any other discipline.
∎ Professional Certification: Lead Auditor course on S A 8000/ WRAP/BSCI/SA8000/ISO Standards.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform Internal Audit independently with the sustainable scope of Ethical, workplace safety and Environmental standards. Positive mind set to conduct audit anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Closely monitor the CAP review process and the internal Control System of the Factories and prepare formal Audit report based on findings and review the whole report with scope ETI base code and customers COC.
∎ Assistant Compliance Manager in preparing the SOP, policy and to establish appropriate compliance programs, to support vendors on all compliance related issues adhering the local, international applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and code of conduct for apparel industries of Bangladesh. Coordinating with Management, client, site visits and meeting etc. Assurance of customer satisfaction through services.
∎ Maintain and Implementing company's policy and procedures and prepare the reports on different development visit or audit to the management for any deviation and offer suggestion for remediation and sustainable developments.
∎ Undertake periodic internal, independent, and external joint audits with the local Compliance Team members to ensure the due diligence and consistency of the approach within stipulated standard time.
∎ To prepare factory for facing different audit such as social /ethical technical/environmental/supply chain security /Safety scope/QMS.
∎ Maintain vigilance on all internal/3rd party/customer Compliance reports and support any potentially business critical issues which may develop, highlighting any / all risks to the relevant to business and the appropriate compliance team.
∎ Assist Compliance manger to response timely to all relevant customers representatives on different queries and feedback with consent of compliance head.
∎ Undertake or arrange training for the employees of the Group companies and its supplier factories on Compliance policy and procedures including Zero Tolerance Violations, customer's COC and on any other Compliance matter in line with business needs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Sound knowledge on Labor law and Compliance; Apparel Industries & Clients COC.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ 3rd party audit Company, Buying House, Garments
∎ At least 5 - 6 years as an auditor or in a similar position in any 3rd party /Brand/Sourcing office/ audit firm. candidates having working experience in the RMG industries with sourcing/ 3rd party audit firm will be preferred.
∎ Good command in English (Written & Spoken). Excellent Reporting Skill, MS Office etc.
∎ Adequate knowledge on technical audit scope,
∎ Basic knowledge on RSC/NIRAPON (ACCORD/ALLIANCE) standards. And familiar with the requirements of Walmart, George, TESCO, Sainsbury's, Next, Primark,
