The candidate should have Graduate/Masters in Marketing/ Finance/ Management/ Agriculture or any discipline with minimum 2nd class/ division or CGPA or equivalent result in all academic examinations. (Age, Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential Candidates)
Experience 3 - 4 years Commercial related activities. (experience in Agri product like Seed, Pesticide, Bio-Pesticide and Fertilizer will be given preference).
KNOWLEDGE: All Commercial related activities, Seed, Fertilizer & Pesticide Registration process, Supply chain management, Sales and marketing, financial management, administrative work knowledge, Asset Management, Procurement etc.
SKILLS: Coordination, Communication, Analytical ability, Problem solving, Report writing, Computer Knowledge, MC driving in Dhaka city.
COMPETENCIES: Self-Awareness, Dealing with Ambiguity, Prioritizing, Team building, Ability to work under any adverse situation
Handle to deals local procurement activities like quotation, Frame of agreement, prepare Comparative statement, prepare Purchase order. Also deals Imported related activities like Ministry Permission, Bank, Custom, C&F agent, Transport contractor etc with BRAC Procurement department.
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills. Develop pricing strategies and manage pricing negotiation with Suppliers or Vendors. Ability to knowledge Tax and VAT related activities.
Handle directly Govt. related import export and others official documents like EPB, FBBCI, BSTI, Port, Custom, Shipping line, C&F agent, MoA & Association etc.
Deals administrative, logistic services and IP submission (Import Permit), SRO (Special Release Order), Fertilizer license renewal, Seed registration and related govt permissions. Keep update the registration of Fertilizers and Bio-Pesticide’s products, formulations and Repacking plants etc.
Highly analytical and strategic thinker. Perform any other jobs delegated by the supervisor(s).
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
