Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform current state analysis and design the strategy for cloud adoption, including application readiness assessments and cloud suitability.
∎ Develop and implement cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure, including the design and execution of cloud migration plans. Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost, and security.
∎ Give advice on how to evaluate, plan, and carry out the move of on-premises apps, databases, and infrastructure to Azure. Develop strategies for moving, do risk assessments, and carry out plans for moving while keeping downtime and disruptions to a minimum.
∎ Implement the right security measures, monitoring systems, access controls, and encryption to make sure Azure solutions are safe and follow the rules. Keep up with what's going on in your industry and what new security threats are out there.
∎ Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Azure solutions. Collaborate with support teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
∎ Work closely with our partners to leverage their capabilities and expertise during solution development.
∎ Engage with Customers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical cloud solutions.
∎ Provide technical guidance to customers for pre-sales and post-sales processes and/or issues.
∎ Develop architectural blueprints and roadmaps for Microsoft Azure cloud-based systems.
∎ Provide subject matter expertise on cloud architectural considerations.
∎ Manage and optimize cloud resources to ensure cost efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
∎ Work closely with the IT team to ensure that security and compliance protocols are followed.
∎ Facilitate the transition and smooth adoption of new technologies while maintaining a stable business environment.
∎ Develop and implement best practices for cloud architecture.
∎ Provide technical leadership and support to software development teams.
∎ Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in cloud computing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ 3+ years of IT experience, focusing on designing and implementing Azure-based solutions, including migration services.
∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, ICT, Information Security, or Engineering.
∎ Strong expertise in Azure cloud services, infrastructure deployment, service integration, security, and monitoring.
∎ Knowledge of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
∎ Experience with cloud technologies and leading on-premises services migration to the cloud.
∎ Understanding of multi-tier architectures, web servers, databases, and networking.
∎ Proficiency in infrastructure and application development.
∎ Proven experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect or similar role.
∎ Ability to identify and balance technical and business needs.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
