Prior experience in English-medium school settings preferred.
Frequent field visits for school and partnership engagement activities.
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee client onboarding, service scheduling, and follow-up to ensure a seamless experience.
Coordinate with clinical and client service teams to resolve issues related to session schedules, cancellations, and make-up sessions.
Ensure timely communication with parents regarding progress, scheduling, and upcoming events.
Support and coordinate partnership activities with schools, NGOs, corporates, and referral partners.
Facilitate implementation and monitoring of MOUs, referral pipelines, and partnership renewals.
Coordinate and track referral intakes from schools, institutions, and partner organizations.
Organize and coordinate parent engagement events, school workshops, and teacher training programs.
Maintain accurate data on client feedback, partner activities, and referral sources.
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align communication, quality, and service deliver
