We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing and Sales Executive for the development of marketing department of our organization.  

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing the sales and Target Marketing for OMR, AI, ERP, SOFTWARE, WEBSITE, Mobile Apps.    

• Reporting to CEO, GM with each day visit report preparing.       

• Weekly pipeline preparing, presentation ready to management level at any time.

• Regular market visit area wise, maintain strong relationship with the corporate/individual clients and ensure effective sales number from prospective lead.

• Ensure sales target achievement monthly, quarterly, with necessary planning and execution of planning to meet the target along with team members.

• Responsible for effective sales lead development, and ensure adequate contribution of sales from the market.

• Ensure sales activities and Pre-sales preparation, sales presentation, negotiation of sales contract and sales service to be providing by the customer service department.

• Manage the team, get result out of it and mainly motivated team to work in field effectively to get sales.

• Need to work with tender/RFQ, big project completion and client requirements analysis.

• Short-term and long-term planning for achieving the value and target set by the organization.

• Propose and implement different plans for increasing sales by Organization

• Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
