∎ Skills Required: Analysing, Customer Service, Market Research, Negotiating, Selling skills and strategies
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Relationship Marketing, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients/customers.
∎ Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to develop business strategies.
∎ Developing and maintaining relationships with clients/customers and partners.
∎ Creating and presenting proposals and pitches to clients/customers.
∎ Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients/customers and partners.
∎ Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to
∎ ensure successful project delivery.
∎ Monitoring and reporting on business performance metrics and key
∎ performance indicators.
∎ Participating in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry
∎ trends and best practices.
∎ Developing and managing a sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
∎ Coaching and mentoring sales teams and junior staff members to improve
∎ performance and achieve targets.
∎ Capable of working as an individual, as a team member, and as a team leader.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly Sales Incentives.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Six (6) working days weekly
∎ Holidays as per company policy.
