Experience:
Digital Marketing & Strategy
· Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement.
· Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to reach target audiences.
· Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for digital marketing campaigns.
· Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine optimization (SEO).
· Analyze website and social media analytics to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
· Collaborate with internal teams to create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and online advertising.
· Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer feedback.
· Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
· Conduct competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.
· Manage and optimize advertising campaigns.
· Provide recommendations for website and user experience (UX) improvements.
· Identify and implement conversion rate optimization strategies.

Creative Design & Content Creation
· Create visually appealing designs for various digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, and marketing collateral.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and object.
· Prepare final files for production and collaborate with printers or vendors when necessary.
· Create and edit videos and animations for digital marketing purposes.
· Support the development of marketing campaigns by providing creative design.
· Develop content calendars and manage deadlines for content delivery.
Sales & Business Development
· Prospect and generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
· Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
· Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new sales opportunities.
· Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and provide insights.
· Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows to expand the customer base.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Support
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate and helpful information.
· Assist customers in resolving product or service-related issues and complaints.
· Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement and enhance the customer experience.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
· Monitor and track customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
· Develop and implement customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs and personalized marketing campaigns.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customer-centric content and promotional materials.
· Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management and digital marketing.
