Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain the company brand strategy, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
∎ Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and market trends.
∎ Manage and update brand guidelines to reflect the Company values, vision, and mission.
∎ Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans that include advertising, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives.
∎ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and measure their effectiveness.
∎ Develop and manage content for social media, email campaigns, the company website, and other social/digital platforms.
∎ Plan and oversee the company advertising and promotional activities, including print, online, and direct mail.
∎ Develop loyalty programs and customer engagement strategies to enhance customer retention.
∎ Monitor and analyze customer feedback, reviews, and satisfaction surveys to inform marketing strategies.
∎ Organize events and promotions to boost customer engagement and brand loyalty.
∎ Manage public relations activities, including press releases, media relations, and crisis management.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
∎ Represent the restaurant at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
∎ Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
∎ Track and report on marketing expenditures and campaign performance.
∎ Perform any other duties & responsibilities assigned by the management as & when required.
