Experience Requirements:

market planning, Market Research, Marketing, Strategic Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop long term marketing strategies that align with business objectives and plan market communication that resonates with target customers.
∎ Ensure the marketing strategies are aligned with the NPI and PLCM to support the product’s success in the market.
∎ Collaborate with product management teams to understand product positioning and develop marketing materials that support the sales process.
∎ Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary.
∎ Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure the timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
∎ Work closely with the Sales team to develop sales enablement materials that support the sales process to drive revenue growth.
∎ Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to ensure the marketing strategy remains relevant and competitive.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in a fast-paced, rapidly changing industry is preferred.
∎ Deep understanding of market intelligence.
∎ Excellent analytical ability using data to determine market tactics.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
∎ Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media advertising, is a plus.
