∎ Bachelor/Masters in Business Administration/Business Studies/Commerce.
∎ Good knowledge of microsoft excel, words & powerpoint and other related software.
∎ Any Certification related to Accounts, VAT & ERP software will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring day to day transaction & record keeping/entry in ERP system.
∎ Preparing priodical financial report & provide to management.
∎ Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, VAT and BFRS.
∎ To ensure accurate & timely recording of financial transaction as to prepare & reviewing Financial statements.
∎ Ensure day to day operations of inventory management system (e.g Raw material, WIP and finished goods).
∎ Liaison with NBR, VAT circle office others government and non-government /Offices as and when required.
∎ Preparing and submitting VAT returns to the tax authorities on time.
∎ Being able to handle all types of VAT-related hearing individually.
∎ Being able to maintain all MUSHOK documents (MUSHOK-6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.6 etc).
∎ Maintaining effective communication with VAT officials.
∎ Assisting management in creating corporate policy regarding VAT.
∎ Maintaining all VAT-related books and documents.
∎ Collecting necessary documents from clients for submitting VAT returns on time.
∎ Ensuring complaince with VAT payable for all transactions.
∎ Overall control and supervision of import & export functions of all concerns of the company.
∎ Must have knowledge in ERP system soundly.
