Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure submission of all vouchers, challan, subcontractor’s bills to the Head office.

  • Coordinate to site for fund management, bill adjustment on time.

  • Continuous communication with Head office Accounts for vendor & site payments.

  • Ensure management approval of money requisition.

  • Organize project site visit as per HoD instructions.

  • Other duties when assigned by HoD.
