∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ Chartered Accountant (CA) – CC Completed
∎ Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
∎ Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
∎ Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
∎ Candidates with partially completed CA/ACCA/CMA qualifications will be given preference.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software (Tally Prime, QuickBooks, SAP, Xero).
∎ Training in VAT, Taxation, and Financial Compliance is an added advantage.
∎ Workshops on audit and financial risk management preferred.

∎ Understanding of Bangladesh Financial Laws, VAT, Taxation, and Corporate Compliance.
∎ Experience in handling tax filings, VAT calculations, and bank reconciliation.
∎ Strong analytical skills to assess financial risks and optimize costs.
∎ Attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records.
∎ Ability to detect and resolve accounting discrepancies.
∎ Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
∎ Comfortable using accounting & financial ERP systems.
∎ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
∎ Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
∎ Manage bank reconciliation, credit card transactions, and petty cash handling.
∎ Ensure accurate financial data entry and record-keeping using Tally Prime software.
∎ Monitor daily cash inflows/outflows, company expenses, and budgeting processes.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual VAT & Tax (TDS, AIT) filings in compliance with Bangladesh financial regulations.
∎ Assist in preparing audit documents, statutory financial reports, and compliance records.
∎ Keep track of tax deductions, regulatory changes, and financial policies.
∎ Process monthly payroll, salary disbursement, bonuses, commission and payouts as per company policy and industry standards.
∎ Maintain employee benefits records.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws and financial regulations related to employee compensation.
∎ Develop and manage quarterly and annual budgets for company operations.
∎ Provide financial forecasts and cost-benefit analyses for senior management.
∎ Assist in preparing investment proposals and financial feasibility reports.
∎ Monitor budget variance and suggest corrective actions.
∎ Ensure proper financial controls and fraud prevention measures are in place.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation for internal/external audits and financial assessments.
∎ Work with auditors and external regulators to ensure financial compliance.
∎ Handle vendor invoices, supplier payments, and client billing processes.
∎ Negotiate payment terms and manage credit control for timely collections.
∎ Office Hour: 10am to 6pm (Usual)
∎ Working days: Saturday to Thursday
∎ Ramadan Time: 9am to 3:30pm
