Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA (CC),CMA (Part Qualified)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for handling & monitoring company Accounts & Finance.
∎ Auditing & Budgeting activities.
∎ Manage all financial activities in compliance with accounting standards.
∎ Preparing monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow,
∎
∎ Notes & other relevant statements).
∎ Assist in preparation of quarterly / half-yearly / yearly financial statements
∎ Liaison with the external auditors for finalization of financial statements.
∎ Review, manage and structure the company's financial and management reporting systems and streamline processes to provide management with relevant and timely financial information.
∎ Co-ordinate and prepare annual budgets, including operating, capital expenditure budgets monthly financial and management reports and perform variance analysis.
∎ Manage company funds investment to achieve the target annual return.
∎ Responsible for overall funds flow requirements of the company, and investment opportunities.
∎ Responsible for look after all taxes obligations, tax payment and timely submission of tax returns and related reports.
∎ Responsible for VAT obligations, VAT payment and timely submission of returns and related reports.
∎ Responsible for annual return and other statements/reports submission with the RJSC on time.
∎ Responsible for maintaining computerized accounting system, backup control.
∎ Ensure safety and security of all financial assets.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts and Finance.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Headwear / Garments.
∎ Experience in land buy / sale will be given experience.
∎ Excellent command of English.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Must be expert in Computer operating such as MS Word, Excel, Power point, Email and Internet browsing etc.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Proactive and positive attitude.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates. Working experience in the related field will be preferred.
