Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain petty cash, cash book, ledger book, other registers.
∎ Preparing Voucher regarding daily expenditures and transaction.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statements and conduct banking-related tasks.
∎ Monitor and ensure day-to-day Accounts & Financial activities.
∎ Maintain daily accounts and ledger of the organization.
∎ Preparing and maintaining all the vouchers and bills requisition timely.
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of cash collection process.
∎ Upon direction from management, maintain day to day banking process.
∎ Skills Required: Internet Browsing, MS Office, Quick-books Software.
∎ Any other activities as & when required by the Management.
