Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and Finance

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts and Manufacturing Industry, Corporate Finance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing overhead within budget and analyze overhead forecast for future challenges
∎ Preparation of complete final accounts and as per management requirements
∎ Preparation of annual budget and analysis of budget variance monthly basis
∎ Maintaining very good relationship among internal, external and cross functional departments
∎ Performing special tasks or analysis as assigned by management
∎ Monthly/Weekly reporting on production, consumption WIP, FG production, closing stock, wastage, breakdown etc.
∎ Follow up activities of store and delivery department for receipt, issue, delivery for posting in Books
∎ Bill checking and verifying (Supplier Bill, Construction Bill, and Party Payment)
∎ Preparation of Internal SOPs and monitor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Partly Qualified CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT/ COST & MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT course will be given preferable.
∎ Analytically competent for quick decision making.
∎ Highly conversant both in oral and written communications.
∎ Should have capacity to drive both team, individual and communicate effectively with positive influence to drive.
∎ Excellent presentation skill advance level of computer literacy especially in MS Office.
∎ Must have at least of 2-3 Years Experience in factory environment. (Preferably in RMG)
