Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/M.Com in Accounting / Finance from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the use of organizational resources including assets and ensure optimum use and assist procurement process and ensure effective management of fixed assets register, updating and control of assets movement.
∎ Prepare and analyze financial report, financial statement and ensure submission of report/statement to the concerned authority. Update documentation of all financial records day to day.
∎ Ensure internal control and statutory deduction i.e. VAT & income tax, and ensure timely purchase in compliance with donors, BRACU & JPGSPH's rules.
∎ Prepare and submit all financial report to donors and response to queries, as well get approved by Senior Manager Finance.
∎ Review budget and actual expenditure of the organization on regular basis and provide necessary information to management for decision making.
∎ Prepare budget/revised budget including budget narrative and disbursement as per approved budget line and appropriation/ Re-appropriation of budget; as well get approved by Senior Manager Finance.
∎ Coordinate internal and external audit and prepare audit responses and review financial claims (invoice, bills, vouchers and make payment with financial norms.
∎ Communicate with the related Accounts Department and other concerned offices regarding keeping all financial records, analyzing and reporting.
∎ Communicate with bank and prepare bank reconciliation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 4 years' experience in finance management in a large and well reputed financial institution/ multinational company/ development organization with fair knowledge of financial accounting principles and relevant accounting software's.
∎ Strong motivational & reporting skill.
