Time management skills. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in Bangla & English and typing speed is must. Must be smart, dynamic and have interpersonal skill as well as have the mentality to perform under pressure. The applicants should have experience in Accounts, Tax, VAT and Commercial, Tally ERP software, keep record and preserve VAT & Tax related works on tender project basis. Adequate knowledge on different types of LC, LC related documents, shipment, H.S Code, Shipping document of all types of import and export. Knowledge on loan proposal preparation and all types of bank loan management. Should have good knowledge on cost analysis, local & foreign procurement. Willing to work in difficult and rapidly changing conditions. Having ability & willing to travel everywhere in the country. Having knowledge on office management & administration.

Responsibilities & Context: Adequate knowledge on MS Office, Excell, Photoshop & Mail correspondence. Reconcile bank book with the bank statements on monthly basis. Maintain Petty cash and reconcile of daily cash transaction with cash book. Prepare report time to time on budget variance. Any task assigns by Reporting Supervisor.
