Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in EEE/Biomedical Engineering/ Applied Physics & Electronic Engineering from any reputed public university. In case of private university, an experience of 3 years in service related work is mandatory.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
∎ Responsible for preparing equipment configuration as per requirement, preparing specification etc.
∎ Machine installation, service and calibration work.
∎ Anytime customer visit or service work to anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Provides quick service, or equipment's technical and engineering information by answering questions and queries
∎ Regular maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment provided at customer point
∎ Maintain good relationship with customers and explore new market
∎ Any type of desk work assigned by office
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Candidate must be well conversant in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint and good communication and presentation skills. Candidate must have subject basis on Device and Electronics. Candidates having IT knowledge, Computer and Graphics work will be given high preference.
