VisionSpring, a US-based social enterprise, is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and self-driven Assistant Lead, Resource Mobilization (Fundraising) to support the planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising initiatives. Fundraising (RMG and CSR) engagements are key focus areas at our organization and require a proactive and dynamic approach. This role involves building donor relationships, fund raising, writing reports and proposals, identifying new leads, managing campaigns and events, and contributing to strategic planning to meet annual fundraising goals. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, and passionate about generating resources for a cause-driven organization. This position is based in Dhaka, may require occasional travel and evening/weekend work for events or donor meetings. Reporting to the Resource Mobilization Lead, this is a full-time, contract-based position for a duration of two (2) years.

WHAT’S REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
4–8 years of relevant experience in Fundraising, Sales, Marketing, or Donor relations.
Experience with donor management systems or CRMs (e.g., Salesforce)· Experience and Idea about RMG sector as development NGO is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be fluent in English Writing and Speaking.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience in organizing events and donor engagement initiatives is a plus.
Assist in the development and execution of the annual fundraising plan.
Build a pipeline of potential donors (Philanthropic, Ready-Made Garments) through targeted lead generation in related fields.
Manage donor databases (CRM) and ensure accurate Tracking, Reporting, and stewardship activities.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential individual, corporate, and institutional donors.
Creation compelling Proposals, Presentations, and Donor Reports.
Coordinate fundraising campaigns, including online appeals, events, and sponsorships.
Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to align messaging for fundraising activities.
Assist in organizing donor visits, virtual/in-person meetings, and fundraising events.
Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and ethical standards.
