1- 2 years of relevant experience
Resolve regular claim by 48 working hours
Resolve post payment claim by 3 working days
Conduct daily visits to at least 4 subcenters or wings
Submit HSS field visit monitoring report within 2 days from visit date
Facilitate HSS refresher session once in every 6 months in all sub-centre, wings and sections
Proficiency in MS Excel and mobile applications
Expertise in documentation and file management
Strong communication skill, teamwork and relationship management
Quick learner with a positive mindset
Strong sense of task ownership and effective time management
Responsibilities & Context:
Complete registration of new artisans through mobile based HSS software, issue ID cards and provide necessary administrative support for programme operation
Complete HSS case confirmation and verification by visiting hospital/ sub-centers/ artisan’s house and collect proper documentation related to all HSS claims
Conduct regular monitoring visits at production to provide refresher sessions to the artisans, and subsequently complete registration with beneficiary update
Assist artisans of AAF to open mobile banking account through official agent account
Assist HSS team to complete monthly reconciliation of benefit disbursement
Coordinate enlistment of regional hospitals for HSS
Complete daily, weekly and monthly checklists and data entry including HSS field monitoring reports (after every visit)
Monitor and coordinate ADI programme field operations
