Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. in Agriculture, M. Sc. in Agriculture is preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and disseminate yearly seed production plan for vegetable, hybrid rice, inbred rice and seed potato production as per business need.
∎ Ensure required support for smooth execution of vegetable, rice and seed potato production program and achieving the volume and cost objectives.
∎ Ensure program wise seed quality delivery as per business standard.
∎ Assist PM/APM for developing/ improvement management process for achieving the program objectives.
∎ Liaison with different inter department of Seed business for enduring better support to different stake holders.
∎ Organize capacity building training/ on job coaching for strengthening skills of the production personnel.
∎ Liaison with different NARS institutes, SCA, NSB, Ministry of Agriculture and other national and international NGO's and development agencies for strengthening program activities.
∎ Assess the strength and weakness of the production team based on his performance and manage the production target accordingly.
∎ Circulate & summarize agri related news, topics, and publications among the relevant members of AB team.
∎ Perform any other assignment given by supervisor as well as on emergency requirement basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years practical experience in seed production
∎ Sound technical knowledge
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
∎ Willingness to travel extensively
