Job Context:
∎ A reputed 100% export based Knit Composite Garments factory is looking for potential candidate as Assistant General Manager (Cutting) for its factory office located at Narayanganj(Bhulta,Gaosia).
∎ The factory is having around 240 sewing lines
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor receiving order sheet from merchandiser.
∎ Follow-up trial production status & resolve issues.
∎ Follow-up priority wise internal cutting plan as per received plan from planning department.
∎ Manpower re-arrangement based on floor requirement.
∎ Fabric utilization based on allocated consumption.
∎ Ensure on time cutting and input with all trims close based on sewing plan.
∎ Follow up hourly lay target vs achievement.
∎ Follow-up the status of shipped order & remaining order pending (Cutting).
∎ Check & ensure the status of the styles are send for print & embellishment.
∎ Follow up daily order wise rejection status (print, embroidery & sewing).
∎ Follow-up on time order closing.
∎ Ensure floor housekeeping & PPE (Personal protective Equipment) usage in production area and compliance related issue.
∎ Coordinating with CAD for trial & bulk pattern.
∎ Upcoming order wise fabrics availability check with finish fabric store.
∎ Communicate with relevant concern for line feedback.
∎ The ideal candidate has to ensure timely cutting of knit fabrics to feed garments sewing lines as per production planning & shipping plan with due consideration of quality. He will have to make necessary coordination with related sections/departments.
∎ Candidates who have hands on experience to increase cutting productivity through applying modern/updated techniques are highly encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Minimum 12 years of experience in any reputed Knit composite garments factory(s) out of which 3 years in the advertised (Head of Cutting) Position.
∎ The candidate should have proven leadership skills
∎ The candidate should have excellent Production & Quality Management skills
∎ Effective communication & coordination skills with related departments
