Experience:
Responsibilities & Context
· Issue reminder letters, notices, and communications to clients for due / overdue payments.
· Coordinate with sales, operations, legal, and accounts departments to ensure smooth collection and reconciliation.
· Prepare Accounts Receivable (AR) statements, aging schedules, and receivable reports weekly / monthly / quarterly.
· Review customer files, payment histories, credit status, and track changes in customer profiles.
· Negotiate with customers to settle dues, restructure payment plans when needed.
· Ensure all collections are correctly recorded in accounting or ERP / customer portal.
· Close customer accounts after full settlement, manage documentation, and final reconciliations.
· Lead, mentor, or supervise junior staff in the credit realization / collections team (if applicable).
· Escalate problematic or high-risk accounts to management, and suggest preventive measures.
· Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
· Ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by senior management or the Finance Department.
· Any other task assigned by the Management.
