∎ Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
∎ Develop marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and advertising initiatives to promote the company’s projects and services.
∎ Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
∎ Manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure excellent customer service.
∎ Monitor project sales progress and provide recommendations for improvement.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive efforts in marketing and sales.
∎ Position Overview:
