Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ CA (CC) with full-qualification or part-qualification will be added as an advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Controlling & monitoring of all financial accounting activities (payroll processing, account reconciliations, account receivables, account payables, revenue, expenditure etc.) for business operations.
∎ Present monthly financial statements, cash flow statements and budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss by division, forecast vs. budget by division and monthly cash flow by division. Monthly liability position, monthly P&L monthly Ratios.
∎ Supervise the accounts department to ensure the proper functioning of all systems, ERP databases and financial software. Monitor regular maintenance and backup of all accounting systems.
∎ Review and ensure the application of appropriate internal controls, compliance and financial procedures.
∎ Prepare and submit financial reports to the External Auditors for audit purposes and facilitate the completion of the annual audit.
∎ Monitor and ensure checking of 100% inventory by the external Auditor at the end of each month.
∎ Analysis of the pre & post-acquisition costs and recommendations for product pricing.
∎ Liaison with bank & stakeholders for general banking operation and provide status for regular fund requirements.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Experience in the lead position of Accounts and Finance department will get extra preferences.
