∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, MBA is preferred
∎ Minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the building material or FMCG industries
∎ Proven success in managing large-scale dealer and retailer networks
∎ Strong expertise in distribution management, with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
∎ Knowledge of industry trends, design aesthetics, and customer expectations in the tiles market.
∎ Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics (e.g., sales force automation, Power BI).
∎ Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies by analyzing market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer behavior to drive sustainable growth and achieve organizational goals.
∎ Build and maintain a robust network of dealers, retailers, and clients by fostering strategic partnerships, optimizing market coverage, and addressing feedback to ensure loyalty and collaboration.
∎ Lead and develop a high-performing sales team by providing structured guidance, conducting training, and fostering accountability and collaboration.
∎ Implement and refine sales processes and operational strategies to enhance productivity and improve team efficiency.
∎ Allocate resources strategically across regions, initiatives, and market opportunities to optimize impact and maximize business outcomes.
∎ Collaborate closely with the factory/production team to ensure seamless demand and supply coordination, as well as effective problem resolution.

∎ Job Summary: AGM, Trade Sales will lead the organization’s retail sales efforts, focusing on strategic growth, market leadership, and exceptional customer engagement. This role involves building robust dealer and alternative distribution networks, driving channel wise initiatives, and ensuring the seamless execution of sales operations to meet and exceed revenue targets.
