Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare and manage the annual revenue budget, ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals.

  • Analyze sales performance data and metrics to ensure revenue targets are met while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

  • Oversee end-to-end sales operations, ensuring seamless coordination from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Manage relationships with key clients and external partners to ensure reliable and efficient sales operations.   

  • Oversee the execution of sales plans and initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective processes that align with organizational goals.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to enhance operational excellence and achieve optimal performance.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company’s revenue targets and market share goals.

  • Lead the planning and execution of sales initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational objectives.

  • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the sales team.

  • Ensure alignment of sales strategies with the company’s values, promoting integrity, commitment, and innovation.  

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance satisfaction and retention.   

  • Ensure that the sales team delivers high-quality service and solutions tailored to client needs, maximizing customer satisfaction and loyalty. 

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
