Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any reputed university.
∎ Candidates with sound knowledge on hygiene promotion will get preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ S/he will play an active role in selection of households as project beneficiaries reinforcing on the mechanisms to keep the Rohingya and host communities clean of waste, particularly derived from the covid19 outbreak.
∎ S/he will responsible/contribute in different community level assessment conduction and work for building capacity among the target population.
∎ S/he will ensure hygiene promotion messages (linked to Covid19 & Solid Waste) are dissemated among the Rohingya and Host communities.
∎ S/he will closely monitor if hygiene practices (e.g. handwashing and use of hand sanitizer) are executed properly by the beneficiaries.
∎ S/he will actively participate in orientation sessions, maintain coordination with other NGOs/organizations and stakeholders linking solid waste management (SWM) with COVID response.
∎ S/he will provide critical inputs and opinions to the team members in determining the selection of appropriate methodology and work plan of the organization in that region.
∎ S/he will be responsible field level data collection, data compilation and reporting.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and to set priorities.
∎ Good English writing, analytical and communication skills.
∎ Good ability to work with a virtual cross-functional team.
∎ Willing and able to travel independently outside station.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly consolidated BDT 50,000/- including all other benefits and allowances. Experienced and skill candidates would be offered with appropriate packages.
