This is your chance to:

• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales or in performing services for customers
• Instruct staff on how to handle difficult or complicated sales
• Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
• Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 2-years’ sales and marketing experience to build strong client relationships.
• A deep understanding of the tourism industry will be a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (build strong relationships with clients and colleagues)
