Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

The Assistant Executive, Quality Assurance will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of reservation-related operations at Fly Far. The role ensures that all bookings, customer interactions, and service processes comply with company standards, delivering a seamless and accurate experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular quality checks on reservations and booking transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.

  • Review customer interactions (calls, emails, chat) to assess service quality, professionalism, and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Identify errors, discrepancies, or process gaps in reservation handling and provide feedback to relevant team members.

  • Prepare and maintain quality assurance reports, highlighting trends, recurring issues, and improvement areas.

  • Assist in developing and updating QA checklists, guidelines, and performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with the Reservation Department to train and support staff in improving quality standards.

  • Monitor system usage and ensure data integrity in the reservation software.

  • Escalate major errors or non-compliance issues to management promptly.

  • Stay updated on airline policies, ticketing rules, and industry standards to ensure accurate quality assessments.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, reservations, or a related role (travel industry experience preferred).

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in auditing or process improvement.

  • Knowledge of ISO standards or QA frameworks.

  • Proficient knowledge Microsoft Suite.

  • Familiarity with customer service quality metrics (CSAT, QA scores, etc.).
