Experience:

The incumbent must be a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical )

• Age At most 32 years

The incumbent must have two years working experience in can making line.

Must have leadership qualities, initiative, drive, self motivation and capabilities to properly supervise activities of employees working this post.

Must have good command over both Bangla and English.

Computer literacy is essential.

Relaxation may be made in an exceptionally suitable case.

Job Summery:

This position is responsible for production(HPC can) of the Factory. In addition, this position is responsible for scrutinizing cleaning, quality, maintenance activities of the Machine and discussing with HOD for improvement of the same.

Responsibilities:

Keeping records of production, Raw Materials & machinery condition data for better performance

Informing key points of pressurized Can Making machinery for better performance

Look after all the machinery operation & setting of the machine within the specification.

Maintain Quality standards of the HPC products: Aerosol Can, Food can etc.

Record all data & sign & check accordingly and for cross checking & counter signing always co-ordinate with superiors.

Supervise production floor & machinery to be neat & clean.

Supervise assigned workers work & report to seniors accordingly.

Try to keep all the can out of hand touch of the workers by using hand gloves in the time of working.

Study & work for the betterment of the HPC can making line.

Be ready to work in any kind of hand working situation of the production demand.
